Preserve remote capability metadata, encode device updates with the required
wrapper, and reject disallowed volume or mute commands before state changes
and reports. Keep Qt controls locked until the peer grants control, cancel
active drags when permissions change, and advertise the same policy used by
the local ALSA renderer.
Validated with protocol, application and Qt regression tests plus iOS/web
controller smoke against ALSA Direct.
