Change verbose log entries from INFO to DEBUG level

Browse Source 
Changed the following log entries to DEBUG level to reduce log verbosity:
- API request logs
- Page fetch progress logs
- Fuzzy matcher usage logs
- Fuzzy match result logs

These logs are useful for debugging but too verbose for normal operation.
